Shipping Within Australia (Interstate)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Shipping Costs (Updated)

•        Free Standard Shipping on all interstate orders over $200 AUD

•        Flat rate applies for orders under $200 (rate varies by state and item size; calculated at checkout)

Delivery Timeframes

•        Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

•        Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

•        Rural / Regional Areas: May take slightly longer

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales, or peak periods.

Order Processing Times

We work hard to dispatch your order quickly.

•        Orders ship within 1–2 business days

•        Orders placed after 5 pm AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day

•        You will receive a shipping confirmation + tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

•        A confirmation email

•        A tracking link

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

If the address is incorrect:

•        We cannot guarantee redirection once shipped

International shipping is available, via our courier partner DHL Express. Below are estimated rates based on a volumetric weight of 2 KG:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

•        All customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

•        Contact us within 7 days

•        Provide photos (if damaged)

We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
